The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. ITIL is a best practice framework that has been drawn from both the public and private sectors internationally. All the major IT Service providers both Domestic and International have developed their IT infrastructure and framework with the help of huge experience and information they have attained from ITSM. However over the last few years, new best practices have evolved including but not limited to Lean IT, Agile, DevOps, Digital Transformation. How is ITSM able to stand ground and still work together with these best practices? How is ITSM still relevant in managing IT Services which supports these new age best practices ?
The seminar was very well attended with over 65 registrations for the event. The introduction was delivered by Mr. Sunil Mehta, Board member itSMF and Country Director, Quint Wellington Redwood.
