Industry Meets Academia for Tomorrow’s Innovation

Pune, November 2025: Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), in collaboration with the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) India Chapter, is set to host the CxO Meet 2025 Pune on November 14, 2025. The event will bring together top executives, academic leaders, and innovators under the theme “Industry Meets Academia for Tomorrow’s Innovation.”

The CxO Meet 2025 aims to create a dynamic forum for dialogue and collaboration between the corporate and academic worlds. The conference will see participation from senior leaders representing some of India’s leading organizations, including  Persistent, LTIMindtree, Wipro, Amdocs, Capgemini Technologies India, Hexagon Nutrition Ltd (Mumbai), Red Hat India Pvt. These industry leaders will share insights on emerging technologies, business transformation, and the evolving intersections of academia and enterprise.

Highlighting the vision behind the event, Dr. Siddharth Chakrabarti, Dean (SoET) , MIT- WPU, said, “The CxO Meet 2025 aims to strengthen synergies between corporate and academic institutions by focusing on key areas shaping the future of business and
education. Discussions will center around the future of work, innovative leadership, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), governance, and sustainability.”

Dr. R. M. The CxO Meet 2025 will serve as a premier platform for thought leadership, entrepreneurship, and the strengthening of the start-up ecosystem. Dr. Sukhada Bhingarkar, Convener, CXO 2025 added that the event will feature round table discussions on key themes , and networking opportunities designed to encourage actionable dialogue and long-term partnerships between academia, corporates, and industry bodies.
