itSMF India Chapter started 10+ years back and has been active in multiple cities across India. The Information Technology Service Management Forum (India), or itSMF® India, is a non profit organization affiliated with itSMF® International.

One of the main objective of itSMF is to share IT best practices in the field of Service Management with the industry at large, itSMF conducts events in various formats including but not limited to Seminars/ Webinars/ Annual conferences.
Membership
Each one of the itSMF Chapters are run, managed and governed by its members. Membership is a very critical component of managing the chapter and ensuring we reach as many industry verticals as possible and as many professionals as possible.
