Under the agreement, itSMF India Chapter will support MIT-WPU in designing specialized ITSM aligned courses in collaboration with industry leaders. These programs will be tailored to meet the practical needs of employers, ensuring that students graduate with competencies aligned to real-world expectations.
A Train-the-Trainer program will also be conducted, enabling MIT-WPU faculty to gain industry insights and expertise, thereby preparing them to effectively deliver these courses across multiple engineering programs.
